| Traveling on Highway 6 which is on the western side of the town of Batrop that suffered so much damage from the recent fires in the area. Over 1500 homes were lost. The bright green is not grass, it's sprayed grass that the state hopes will germinate and rejuvenate the area. The fire was on both sides of the road. In the last photo, one can see the swath that was cut to try and stop the fire. |
